Tradebase uses the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss your product or partnership requirements.
Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, company and email, together with any optional telephone number, delivery destination and procurement details you choose to provide. Please do not include banking details, identification documents or other sensitive personal information.
Submitting an enquiry
When you select Send Enquiry, the website sends the form to its WordPress server. Accepted enquiries are stored in the website database for authorised administrators and a notification is sent to info@tradebasefoods.com through the configured mail service. A website confirmation means the submission was accepted; it does not establish inbox delivery or confirm a supply order.
Access, use & retention
Authorised Tradebase personnel use enquiry records and related email correspondence to handle the request. Hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate those services. Tradebase retains records while needed for the enquiry, related commercial correspondence and applicable obligations, and reviews stored records for deletion. Access to WordPress submissions is restricted through administrator permissions.
Spam prevention & technical records
The form uses request verification, a hidden spam field and short-lived checks for repeated submissions. A keyed hash of the connecting IP address is used temporarily for rate limiting. Forminator and the hosting or security configuration may also record technical information such as submission time, IP address and access logs. These records support operation and abuse prevention.
Your choices
You may contact info@tradebasefoods.com to ask about, correct or request deletion of your enquiry information. Requests are reviewed subject to relevant record-keeping obligations. You can also contact Tradebase by email instead of using the form.
Downloads & other services
Public resources can be downloaded without submitting an enquiry. This upgrade adds no marketing subscription, analytics or advertising trackers. If you choose an external email or messaging link, the selected service handles that interaction under its own terms.
